How it works

The Business Car Awards winners are selected by two judging panels.

The supplier awards are judged by expert fleet managers and industry representatives, with hands-on experience of using fleet products and services every day, as well as the Business Car editorial team. The same panel also evaluates entries from fleet managers to choose the stand-out fleets as winners.

The car awards will be judged by car market analysts and residual values experts, helping ensure running costs are a key factor in deciding the winning vehicles, as well as driver desirability, and fitness for purpose. They are joined by members of the Business Car editorial team, who also have experience of the vehicles under consideration.

The panels narrow down the entries a shortlist of finalists, which will be reealed ahead of the awards ceremony, choosing winners, and in some cases, organisations or vehicles that are highly commended, just missing out on victory.

The winners are revealed during the awards presentation on 19th October 2021 at The Nobu, Portman Square, London.
